Average performance of my VRAM is 900MHz and its maximum performance is only 950MHz. Does the performance of VRAM is normal?

Answer
Update to the latest VBIOS version BR44392.201 Please update latest VBIOS and BIOS from MSI website. Maximum performance of VRAM will reach 1250MHz.
