1. Submission Period: From now until July 20, 2026, at 23:59 (GMT+8).
2. Eligibility: Open to global participants, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk region of Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, and restricted, sanctioned, or embargoed countries or regions. By entering this event, you warrant that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or have obtained proper parental/guardian consent to participate under these Terms.
3. Review & Winners Announcement: July 24, 2026.
4. Prize: One (1) winner to receive one (1) MAG 272QP QD-OLED X24 (MSRP$US400).

1. Originality: All submissions (text and photos) must be original works created solely by the participant. Submissions must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or any other rights of any third party. If any third party appears in the photo, the participant is responsible for obtaining their prior consent.
2. Prohibited Content: Submissions containing violence, profanity, discrimination, pornography, or any inappropriate content are strictly prohibited. MSI reserves the right to disqualify any entry without prior notice.
3. Usage Rights: By submitting content under this event, participants grant MSI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable (to MSI affiliates), perpetual license to use, review, publish, display, publicly display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and otherwise use the submitted content (text and photos) on MSI’s official websites, social media platforms (such as Instagram), and marketing advertisements without further compensation. Participants retain the original copyright of their work.

1. Judging Criteria: Entries will be evaluated by the MSI internal committee based on creativity, storytelling impact, and overall completeness. MSI holds the final decision-making power, and no disputes will be entertained.
2. Prizes: Participants can enter multiple sub-events and win prizes accordingly.
3. Global Shipping Notice: Physical prizes can be shipped internationally to valid physical addresses provided by the winners (P.O. Boxes are strictly excluded). Winners must ensure their shipping information is accurate and deliverable. Physical prizes may take up to eight (8) weeks or more to be delivered due to customs clearance. All prizes are not transferable, substitution, or redeemable for cash or any other goods. If a physical prize cannot be successfully delivered due to local customs restrictions, import regulations, or regional logistics issues, MSI reserves the right to substitute the prize with a digital reward (e.g., digital codes) of equivalent positioning instead. MSI is not responsible for any items lost, damaged, or misdirected during international transit.
4. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt or use of any prize under their local jurisdiction.
5. No warranty: MSI PRIZE(S) IS/ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

1. Winner Contact: Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the form. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
2. Claim Period: Winners must reply and confirm their information within 7 days of the notification email. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the runner-up will be selected.

1. Force Majeure: MSI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or technical failures beyond control.
2. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, and any disputes arising from this event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court in the first instance.
