Violation of cybersecurity or anti-fraud laws.

MSI reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal action, including civil or criminal remedies, against any individual or entity engaging in such actions.

4. Monitoring & Abuse Prevention

To ensure system integrity, MSI may implement:

IP-based rate limits
Query frequency monitoring
Device fingerprinting
Automatic blocking or temporary suspension
Internal review of suspicious behavior

MSI may log all access records for security and audit purposes.

5. Accuracy & Limitations

The verification results provided by this System are based on MSI’s available regional import records. MSI does not guarantee that:

A valid serial number equals a brand-new or untampered product
The System can detect all forms of counterfeit or relabeled packaging
All regional data is instantly synchronized or complete at the moment of query

Final warranty and promotion eligibility remain subject to MSI’s verification upon invoice submission and physical inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability
