Terms & Conditions:

From Feb. 1^st to Feb. 28^th, 2018, participants (“You”, “Your”, as applicable) may enroll in the “MSI HAVE YOUR SAY” online draw (“Event”). To become eligible, You must complete the following steps:

Step 1

provide us with suggestions and feedback for one of the listed MSI graphics cards

Step 2

From the picture repertoire, select Your favorite Lucky and background pictures

Step 3

Accurately and truthfully fill out the required information, including Your domicile country, age, and email.

Step 4

Hit the submit button to automatically generate a picture that can be downloaded and/or shared on Your social media. By sharing the generated picture on social media, You may be eligible for winning a larger prize. Prize details are provided in point 4 below.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that by executing the “Submit” button or executing any other website function to generate the picture enumerated in Step 4 shall be deemed as Your acceptance of the terms and conditions for this Event. If You do not agree to the terms and conditions, please do not click the “Submit” button, or execute any action to cause the website to generate the stipulated picture.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that the MSI may use Your feedback, comments, and the picture specifically generated based on Your selections for any legal purpose, including without limitation, promotion and marketing purposes on MSI or MSI partner social media platforms or offline events anywhere in the world. Accordingly, Your consent to MSI’s use of your feedback, comment, and picture includes the right for MSI to collect, process, and transmit information to or from the European Union to any part of the world. For clarification, MSI will anonymize any personally identifiable information in Your feedback and comments unless You expressly consent in writing (including by email) to MSI sharing such information.
The Event winners will be selected by random draw from the total number of eligible participants that have successfully completed all four (4) steps. Winner announcement will be made two (2) weeks after Feb. 28th, 2018. MSI will contact the winners based on the provided email, and may ask winners to provide additional information such as shipping address to enable MSI to ship out any prizes, if required. If winners do not respond to MSI inquiries within two (2) weeks of MSI’s notice, or If the participant provided email is unavailable or incorrect, and MSI cannot duly deliver the notification to the winner such winner shall be disqualified from receiving any Event prize.
Selected winners who did not share his/her generated picture on social media will receive a USD$20 STEAM wallet code. Selected winners who shared his/her generated picture on social media, evidenced by picture or other reasonable means and confirmed by MSI, will receive a USD$50 STEAM wallet code. A winner will only receive one (1) STEAM wallet code, and not two (2) codes. MSI reserves the sole, discretionary right to determine, on a final and conclusive basis, whether a participant has fulfilled the social media picture share requirement. MSI further reserves the sole, discretionary right to replace the prize with items of similar value without prior notice. You hereby acknowledge and agree to such reservation by MSI.
You acknowledge and agree that MSI is not liable and assumes no liability to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction, or damage arising from the prize, and uses thereof. Winners shall not make any claims against MSI. MSI disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of the winning notification due to mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware, internet, or software errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind. In such eventuality, the winner unconditionally waives his/her right to the prize and any associated compensation.
MSI employees, distributors, business partners, and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
MSI reserves the sole right and discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
