Participating in the Merry Fraggin' Christmas give-away, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

This Merry Fraggin' Christmas give-away campaign is hosted by MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. ("MSI") on http://gaming.msi.com/promotion/merry-fraggin-christmas landing page ("Promotion Website"). Detailed information regarding how to participate in the event and winning prizes can be found on the Promotion Website. MSI Terms of Use and MSI Privacy Policy apply to this promotion as part of the Terms and Conditions ("Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is regarded as acceptance of these Conditions. MSI may at any time revise the Conditions and other rules set forth by MSI. The Participants shall be bound by any such revisions.

• The Promotion hosted on the MSI GAMING website and is not limited to any specific region. The promotion starts on December 7, 2015 and ends on December 31, 2015 ("Promotional Period").
• The participants' email address will NOT be used for any other activities outside the Merry Fraggin' Christmas give-away and will never be shared outside of MSI.
• Employees of MSI and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons or entities, are not eligible for the Promotion.
• You can submit more than once during the above mentioned event period, but each Participant is only eligible for a single Prize.
• The Prize winners will be announced within a week after the end of the Promotional Period for each level and contacted by Facebook message.
• When asked, prize winners must provide MSI their contact information within one week after the Announcement Date by E-Mail or Facebook message. In the event that a prize winner fails to provide the contact information within this timeframe, it is deemed a waiver of the right to the prize, and MSI has the right to assign the prize to another winner.
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You agree to grant Facebook a complete release regarding this Promotion. You acknowledge that you are providing your comments and Personal Information to MSI and not to Facebook; and such information and Personal Information will only be used for this Promotion.
• You must behave in accordance with the Conditions, and must not be in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. MSI reserves the right to verify the validity of your qualification at any time during or after the Promotional Period, and reserves the right to disqualify you (even a Winner) from this Promotion including the prize qualification if you fail to follow the Conditions or constitute any misconduct for tampering or suspicion of tampering with the Promotion without any notice.
