Participating in the 'When CARBON meets GAMING giveaway', you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

This'When CARBON meets GAMING giveaway'promotion is hosted by MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. ("MSI") on Final URL landing page ("Promotion Website"). Detailed information regarding how to participate in the event and winning prizes can be found on the Promotion Website. MSI Terms of Use and MSI Privacy Policy apply to this promotion as part of the Terms and Conditions ("Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is regarded as acceptance of these Conditions. MSI may at any time revise the Conditions and other rules set forth by MSI. The Participants shall be bound by any such revisions.

• The Promotion hosted on the MSI GAMING website and is not limited to any specific region. The promotion starts on January 25, 2016 and ends on February 7, 2016 ("Promotional Period").
• The participants' email address will NOT be used for any other activities outside this promotion and will never be shared outside of MSI.

• Prizes will be shipped within 1 month following the announcement of the winner.
• When asked, prize winners must provide MSI their contact information within one week after the Announcement Date by E-Mail or Facebook message. In the event that a prize winner fails to provide the contact information within this timeframe, it is deemed a waiver of the right to the prize, and MSI has the right to assign the prize to another winner.
