Why I can hear high-pitched noise (Coil Whine) from graphics card?

When current flows through components such as inductors inside graphics card, it might cause interior coil to vibrate at high frequency, and the sound is commonly described as high-pitched noise, high frequency noise or coil whine.
In general, the vibration of the coil is a normal behavior and it is not hardware defect.
It does not lead to any damage to graphics card and it should not affect the performance and functionality.
