I am using G.Skill F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5RK memory on the mainboard without enabling EXPO/XMP in the BIOS, the system could not boot and shows "55" debug code on the EZ Digi-Debug LED and yellow LED on the EZ debug LED(DRAM is not detected or fail). How could I get the system to boot?

Answer
Some memory modules use 1GBx8 chip(8 sticks of 1 GB each) and 1GBx8 chip is not supported by Intel Z890 code. If you had followed below workarounds for troubleshooting and the symptom persists, please contact MSI for support: https://www.msi.com/about/contact-us/
1. Connect only one stick of memory on different DIMM slots (DIMMA2 slot first)
2. Clear CMOS (by pressing Clear CMOS button on the back panel of the mainboard or by shorting the JBAT jumper for 5-10 seconds with PSU powered off and power cord unplugged).
3. Clean the golden finger of the memory module with eraser.
