I am using Windows 10, why when I plug my USB 2.0 device to the USB 3.0 ports next to Clear CMOS button, but get no response ?

Answer
Please go to Device Maneger >> Universal Serial Bus controllers >> double click "VIA USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller" >> Power Management >> uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
