[Windows 10] After having windows 10 installed on my laptop, some of the keys are not working. Some of the alphabet keys are working and the ones that have multi functions only work as alphabet keys.

Please remove old touchpad driver, and use Windows Update to update/install the latest touchpad driver.
Here is how to find the settings.
Windows control panel:
1. Right click on Windows "Start" logo, click on "Control Panel" => Programs => Uninstall a program, remove Pointing Device Driver or any touchpad driver.
2. Windows Update:
Click on Windows "Start" logo, click "Settings" => Windows Update => Check for updates.
