My computer be “locked up” how can I solve it ?

Here are several steps can fix it, please help to check as below:
1. To restart PC. On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Turn Off Computer > Restart.
2. Process hard restart, Press power switch.
3. If your computer locks up while playing a DVD-ROM/CD-ROM, stop the DVDROM/CD-ROM, and restart the computer.
