When I use dual monitor watching, but it cannot display or display black screen in original monitor. How can I solve it ?

Please follow the instruction as below to solve it.
1. When you connect to multiple monitor, right click on the windows desktop select "Screen Resolution".
2. Then you can select "Duplicate these displays" or "Extend these displays" to active multiple monitor display.
