There's a Zero Fan button on the PSU, what is this button for?

Zero Fan button is for 0 RPM mode to help with energy saving and providing silence. When 0 RPM mode is on, it stops the fan operation when TDP is below 40%.
*0 RPM Mode is on by default. Press the button to turn it off.
