Why after install M.2 SATA SSD, the system SATA connection will unavailable cannot detect SATA devices ?

Answer
The SATA2 port (black color) will be unavailable when an M.2 SATA SSD module has been installed in the M.2 slot, please connect SATA1 port (blue color).
