I have a network card installed on PCI_E3 but why it only runs at x2 speed?

Answer
Please make sure you do not have M.2 device installed on M2_3 slot. PCI_E3 slot will run at x2 speed when installing M.2 device in the M2_3 slot. You can switch PCI_E3 slot to x4 in the BIOS, but this will disable the M2_3 slot.
