Answer

After the first startup of your MSI product and the completion of the Windows 11 Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) process, if you notice that pre-installed UWP software (such as XBOX, MSI Center M, Game Bar, etc.) is missing, this is due to the Windows system obtaining major updates.

Windows Update regularly releases critical updates to ensure the user's system remains protected. When the laptop is first powered on and connects to the internet, it enters the OOBE (Out-Of-Box Experience) process. During this process, Windows checks for the latest version and initiates critical updates automatically. This update is the final stage of the OOBE process; depending on the update size, network conditions, and hardware capabilities, it may take over 30 minutes.

During the initial update process, it is recommended that users keep the laptop powered on and AC power connected. The system will automatically restart after the download and installation are complete to finish the update.
