Answer

After updating to MSI Center 2.0.66.0, an on-screen display (OSD) indicator will appear when pressing the Caps Lock key to show the uppercase/lowercase status. This behavior was newly introduced in this version as part of a software mechanism adjustment.

 

The latest version of MSI Center has optimized and adjusted this feature. We recommend updating to the newest version of MSI Center.

If you are temporarily unable to update to the latest version and would like to remove the OSD notification icon, please follow the steps below.

   Download the tool.

   Extract the downloaded file.

   
   


3. 
   

   Right-click the executable file and select Run as administrator.

   
   


4. 
   

   Restart the system after execution is complete.

   
   

After completing these steps, the Caps Lock OSD indicator will be removed.
