Why does the Norton backup online image on the lower right corner of desktop disappear after I removed the system information from Norton Online backup? It cannot be found in Add/Remove programs list either.

Answer
This is a normal behavior of this program that the Norton backup online would be removed from user’s system after the removal of system information online to prevent failure of backup from user’s side.
