Answer

The upper fan of the chassis is default installed with air flow blowing in the chassis. The fan is available for re-assembling. You could uninstall the fan and change the direction of the fan to adjust its air-flow.

Please be noted that if you are going to install water cooler, make sure the fan of the water cooler has the same direction as the chassis’ upper fan so as to dissipate the air correctly.
