Whenever I swap my VGA from PCI_E1 to PCI_E3, the system always caannot recognize my VGA. Is my PCI_E3 slot broken?

Answer
Please make sure if M.2 SSD is in M2_2 slot. PCI_E3 will be unavailable when installing M.2 SSD in the M2_2 slot.
