When outputting to an external 4K*2K display, the system can only detect the 1920*1080 resolution. How should I set up to support 4K*2K resolution?

Answer
Please use Windows+P keys to switch the screen to “Second screen only”, and go to “Control Panel ==> Appearance and Personalization ==> Display ==> Screen Resolution” to manually adjust to 4K*2K resolution. The default resolution is automatically set to FullHD when you plugged in the cable.
