Answer

There are three ways to turn off the lighting:
1. By holding the DPI button and pressing scroll wheel key to cycle until it is off.
2. By holding the DPI button and pressing the right mouse click button to lower the LED lighting brightness until it is off.
3. Turn off the lighting in MSI Center\Mystic Light.
