This button is used to automatically reduce power consumption without sacrificing
performance. To enable ECO mode, set this button to ON while the system is in power
off mode. On the next boot, the system power consumption in idle mode will be less
than usual. In addition, the PCI slot will be unavailable. To disable ECO mode, set this
