Why can't I control the lighting effects and colors of the AMD Wraith Prism CPU cooler through Mystic Light Sync or AMD Ryzen Wraith Prism RGB lighting control software?

Mystic Light Sync or AMD Ryzen Wraith Prism lighting control software will not be able to control the lighting effects and colors of AMD Wraith Prism CPU cooler when both the 4-pin RGB and USB connectors are connected to the motherboard at the same time due to the CPU cooler limitation.
Note: Please use either 4-pin RGB connector or USB connector to control the AMD Wraith Prism CPU cooler.
