Users who have the user password at hand can follow below steps to fix the issue.

1. Power on the laptop and access BIOS Setup Utility. Move to Security tab and change the setting of HDD Password Check to [Always]. Press F10 key to save the setting and reboot the system. (You may go to Save and Exit tab and choose Save Changes and Reset to reboot the system.)
2. You will be led to BIOS Setup Utility again. Press power button to shut down the system.
3. Power on the laptop and this time you should be requested to enter your user password. Type it and press enter key then you should be able to log on Windows.
4. Please update BIOS to the latest version and you could set the setting of HDD Password Check to [Don’t ask] without having the problem again.

Users who forgot user password please seek help from the owner of Master password to reset the user password.
