To change the keyboard layout or other input method, add a new keyboard layout or input method in [Control Panel] > [Clock, Language, and Region] > [Region and Language] > [Keyboards and Languages tab]. If the keyboard layout or input method already exists, switch between the ones you have or set the needed one as the default keyboard layout or input method.
