Answer

For MSI notebook with NVIDIA GTX 900M series graphics, you can check if the notebook supports NVIDIA G-SYNC by the method below.

1. Find the product name on the label of the package box; the notebook supports G-SYNC if the product name includes “G”.

2. If your notebook supports G-SYNC, you can find the "Set up G-SYNC" option in NVIDIA Control Panel.

A). Please download and update the latest version of BIOS on MSI website.
(For example: GT72 notebook equipped with NVIDIA 900M series graphics supoort G-SYNC after BIOS "E1782IMS.10D".)

B). Please download and update the latest version of NVIDIA driver on MSI website if the driver version is older than v10.18.13.5396.

C). If you installed the Windows system by yourself, please make sure that the system is installed with UEFI mode in BIOS.
