MSI Launches 2026 Campus Recruitment, Targeting AI Talent

As artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing continue to evolve, demand for next-generation talent across the global technology industry is rapidly increasing. MSI, a global leader in AI PCs and high-performance computing, has officially launched its 2026 campus recruitment program, aiming to attract young talent with strong potential in AI, servers, and embedded systems.

The campus recruitment event held at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology on March 27 concluded successfully. Despite rainy weather, student engagement remained strong. Long lines at MSI’s booth made it one of the highlights of the fair, with over 100 students completing on-site consultations, reflecting strong interest in AI-driven career opportunities.

At the event, in addition to providing job information, students engaged in interactive activities and on-site demonstrations to gain deeper insights into MSI’s technologies in AI PCs, servers, and embedded systems. The popular interactive activity, “MSI Strategy Tycoon,” returned for its second year, allowing students to explore MSI’s products and corporate culture through gamified challenges. Participants also had the opportunity to receive exclusive gifts and gaming peripherals, contributing to a lively atmosphere.

On-site resume submissions and one-on-one career consultations were also available, enabling students to connect directly with potential opportunities and take their first step toward joining the industry.

The 2026 campus recruitment tour has already visited National Taipei University of Technology, National Central University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, with Yuan Ze University as the upcoming stop. Through direct engagement, MSI aims to provide students with deeper insights into career opportunities in the technology sector.

In response to the rapid advancement of AI technologies, MSI’s recruitment focuses on key areas including AI applications, high-end servers, and embedded systems. The company is actively recruiting R&D alternative service candidates, overseas business management trainees, and technical management talent in global manufacturing and service operations. Leveraging its vertically integrated supply chain and global operations, MSI provides fresh graduates with opportunities to participate in cross-disciplinary projects, from product development and system design to global supply chain management.

MSI also continues to promote its Overseas Channel Sales Management Trainee program, offering structured overseas training and career planning. This enables new hires to participate in global market expansion and gain valuable international experience.
