MSI EZGO Charger Competition - Terms and Conditions
Organiser: The competition is organised by MSI Australia ("MSI") and is run exclusively at the MSI booth during the Melbourne International EV Autoshow ("Event").
Competition Period: Entries are open during the operating hours of the Event. No entries will be accepted outside this period.
Eligibility: Participants must be aged 18 years or older and residents of Australia. Employees of MSI, event staff, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: Participants must complete all the following steps:
Take a photo with the MSI EZGO Charger displayed at the MSI booth.
Post the photo publicly on social media (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) using their personal account.
Follow MSI AU's official Facebook page.
Present evidence of the posted photo and follow confirmation to MSI booth staff.
Immediate Prize: Upon successful completion of the entry requirements, participants will receive a small promotional prize immediately at the booth, subject to availability. Only one immediate prize per participant is permitted.
Major Prize: Participants who meet all entry requirements will automatically be entered into a draw to win one (1) MSI EZGO Charger.
Winner Selection: The winner of the MSI EZGO Charger will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the Event. The winner will be contacted via the social media account used for entry.
Prize Collection: The winner must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, MSI reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
Publicity: By entering the competition, participants consent to MSI using their name, image, and entry content for promotional purposes related to the competition, without any compensation.
Privacy: Personal information collected through this competition will only be used for competition purposes and in accordance with MSI's Privacy Policy.
General: MSI reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate or undermine the competition.
Changes to Terms: MSI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition without notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or legal requirements.
Liability: MSI is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the competition or use of the prize.
