Battery Calibration
Battery Calibration is a software that helps correct the battery’s coefficient. We suggest users run a battery calibration every 3 months to extend the battery’s life.
You can go to “Tools” on Dragon Center and click “Battery Calibration”.
Hit “Start” to begin the battery calibration.
MSI Help Desk
MSI Help Desk is a software that you could check the system information of the unit, such as, the motherboard’s BIOS version. You can and also get the latest FAQ from the Help Desk in order to provide you quick troubleshooting guidance.
Once you connect to the internet, you can see functions like, Contact Us, FAQ, Software download location, and so on.
You can check the motherboard’s BIOS version, Windows product key, you can also export the system information of the notebook as a TXT file.
