To help you understand the MSI Center, the article will showcase the latest features and AI-powered functions in MSI Center that enhance user experience and working efficiency.
New Features in MSI Center
↑ Select the scenario that fits you, then the functions that are related will be automatically downloaded.
In MSI Center, you may find it challenging to navigate numerous feature sets. To address this, MSI has created “Preset Profiles” to make the selection process easier.
↑ If you missed this during your initial activation of MSI Center, don't worry. You can access the recommended list again with just one click in the “Feature Sets-Usage Scenarios”.
↑ In “Performance Anaysis”, you will get the usage rate of CPU, Discrete GPU, RAM, and Disk, and anaysis the performance status.
↑ In “Hardware Diagnosis”, you are able to check the status of hardware and find the problem that you may face.
In addition, MSI Center added ”Hardware Diagnosis” and“Performance Analysis”. From now on, no matter which MSI laptops you own, you could use both of them in MSI Center. You are able to check the status of hardware and performance to have a basic analysis of the issues you may encounter.
↑ ”General Settings” helps you to easily adjust the special settings according to the preference.
The “General Setting” is a treasure trove of useful feature, including:
- USB Power Share: Enable the USB ports to charge the external device in hibernate or shutdown.
- Windows Key: Disable the windows key to avoid mistouching during games.
- Switch: Switch “Windows Key” and “FN Key” to avoid mistouching during games, but still keep the functions while playing.
- Webcam: Disable the Webcam.
- Display OverDrive: Shorten the response time for display.
- GPU Switch: Offer 3 working modes, including Discrete Graphics Mode, MSHybrid Graphics Mode, and Integrated Graphics Mode for different scenarios.
- Crosshair Display: A handy OSD(on-screen display) for gamers who need to aim in games without a crosshair. You could even change the color and position of the crosshair.
- HDR: The shortcut to Windows HDR settings.
- Display Power Saver: Extend the battery life by lowering panel refresh rate when unplugged.
- Hibernate/Sleep: Switch the mode between hibernate and Modern Standby when closing the lid or pressing the power button.

Modern laptops are not just about hardware performance, the user experiences are highly influenced by AI intelligence technology, one of the most well-known examples is how DLSS 3 increased gaming performance exponentially using the technology of AI. MSI laptops are also innovated with the new MSI Center powered by AI technology that accelerate the workflow and efficiency under different scenarios.
↑ The system will automatically adjust the best settings by “Smart Auto” based on AI calculation, in order to create a deeper connection with the scenarios.
The “Smart Auto” features to detect the current scenario by AI calculation, and automatically adjust the system into different modes, offering the best suitable experience. For example, the “Smart Auto” will actively sense the game being launched, and automatically switch to Extreme Performance Mode, enhancing system performance for better gaming experience.
↑ ”Ambient Silent AI” will dynamically balance the fan speed and the highest possible performance.
The traditional silent mode keeps your laptop at very low fan-noise level, but it will restrict the performance of the laptop, which will sometimes decrease your efficiency.
The “Ambient Silent AI” will detect the ambient sound level, and automatically adjust the fan speed to not exceed the surrounding noise. As the fan speed is allowed to increase, the performance could be lifted accordingly.

↑ MSI “Noise Cancellation” greatly enhancing the conference experience under noisy environments.
By AI calculation, “Noise Cancellation” integrates deep learning AI technology for signal processing, which detects the noise from speaker and microphone, removing background noise to hear clearly. Besides, it will also balance the volume for better sound experience.
↑ The system will prioritize the system resource by “Smart Priority” for those frequently used APPs.
AI-based “Smart Priority” will detect the most commonly used APPs from the laptop, and allocate more resource on these APPs for a wide range of scenarios and needs.
