[Desktop] What Should I Do When the Computer Powers on but There Is No Display?
If your desktop computer powers on but does not display anything on the screen, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the monitor and connections
1. Check if the monitor cable connection is normal.

2. Check if the monitor's power is turned on.

3. Check if the connection between the host and the monitor plugs is correct.
Note: When using an external graphics card, some motherboards' integrated graphics output may be disabled. Please connect the monitor to the dedicated graphics card.

Remove all external devices
Please sequentially remove all external devices, such as keyboard, mouse, optical drive, USB devices, etc., then restart the computer to see if the issue is resolved. If a problem is found during this process, it may be caused by one of the external devices.

Check hardware
Check if any hardware upgrades have been done, such as memory, solid-state drives, wireless cards, etc. If upgrades were made, please remove them and test again using the original hardware to confirm if the issue solves.

Clear CMOS
There are two ways to clear CMOS data:
Method 1: Power discharge to clear CMOS.
First, disconnect the power supply, then repeatedly press the Power button 20 times, and then try to boot up.

Method 2: Battery discharge to clear CMOS
First, disconnect the power supply, open the computer case, find the CMOS battery on the motherboard, remove it for 5 minutes, then reinstall it, and then try to boot up.

If you have tried the above troubleshooting methods and still cannot resolve the issue, please reach out to the MSI customer service center for further assistance.
