How to fix a PC that turns on and off repeatedly?

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

Check the power adapter is correctly attached to the PC and to the wall.

Note: Some of the models have power On/Off button on power supply, please make sure the switch is on.

Restore BIOS Setting to factory default

1. Press the power button and continuously press [Delete] to enter BIOS menu. Then, select [SETTINGS] → [SAVE EXIT].

2. Select [Restore Defaults], then click [Save changes]

Check whether the user upgraded hardware by himself, for example memory, SSD, wireless network card etc. If yes, please remove updated hardware and install original hardware to test again. Then, check whether the error disappears.
