How to fix audio static problem?
When the external speaker works fine on other devices, but not on this PC, we recommend you to follow the troubleshooting methods described below.
- To confirm the HD sound controller in BIOS is enabled
- To confirm the audio driver is installed on this PC
- To confirm REALTEK AUDIO CONSOLE is installed on this PC
- Check whether the external speaker is been detected or not
- Make sure the Windows sound settings is set correctly
To confirm the HD sound controller in BIOS is enabled
Upon powering on the PC, please start hitting the [Delete] key continuously to enter the BIOS menu
Select [SETTINGS]> [Advanced]> [Integral perimeter] to check if the [HD sound controller] set up as [SETUP]

To confirm the audio driver is installed on this PC
Right click on the Windows icon select [Device manager]

Select [Sound, video and game controllers], check if Realtek audio device is detected

If not, Please download the audio driver [On-Board Audio Drivers] with the top right search bar on MSI official website.

To confirm REALTEK AUDIO CONSOLE is installed on this PC
Click on Windows icon, check if [Realtek Audio Console] has been installed or not, if not, please download from Microsoft Store

Check whether the external speaker is detected or not
Plug in the external speaker to this PC, check if the corresponding audio jack in Realtek Audio Console is lit on. If not, that means the machine did not recognize the device, please cross testing with another speaker.

To confirm the speaker is well-attached to the correct audio jack

Make sure the Windows sound settings is set correctly
Click on the speaker icon on the lower right Windows task bar to check if current output device is set correctly

If not, please click on the arrow pointing up icon next to the Speaker and choose your speaker
