Online RMA Procedure:
- To begin the process of applying online RMA Procedure, please click here to sign into MSI Member Center.
- On the left menu bar, click "Product Registration" and complete the registration of your products.
※If you can’t identify the barcode of your product, please refer to the link here.
- On the left menu bar, click “Apply for Service”and follow the given instructions for your chosen delivery method to send your to-be-repaired product to us.
