How to send my product for repair service?

Currently, only some regions (Taiwan, EU regions, NA regions) are available for applying the online RMA service. If your regions are not included in the list, please contact us:


Online RMA Procedure:
  • To begin the process of applying online RMA Procedure, please click here to sign into MSI Member Center.
  • On the left menu bar, click "Product Registration" and complete the registration of your products.
    ※If you can’t identify the barcode of your product, please refer to the link here.
  • On the left menu bar, click “Apply for Service”and follow the given instructions for your chosen delivery method to send your to-be-repaired product to us.
  • If you are still experiencing problems please contact our customer support team.
