I’m goanna to talk about my thoughts and situations about MSI support. The communication between each brand and its users is different. On the 19th of April, I bought the MSI MAG272CQR monitor from Amazon. While trying to register the monitor to my MSI Register account, I noticed that the CHK code was incorrectly encoded and I contacted MSI Support. They got back to me in a short time and solved my problem. I contacted MSI Support several times, each time they helped me to solve my problems with fast and precise solution. In addition, the +3 Months extended warranty for registering the products I purchased that it values for us, the users. I am still using the system, I have not encountered any problems. How fast and great MSI service is!
After I had a problem with the MSI CH130X black gaming chair, I contacted the MSI service via e-mail and asked how I could deliver the problematic product to them, in less than 1 day, my e-mail was answered and they sent me a code for free shipping. After the problematic product reached the MSI authorized service, they responded in as little as 4 days and they said that I could request a new product from the company I bought the product from, MSI authorized service faster than I expected. This saved me a lot of hassle and time. I received the new chair in a short time thanks to the untied, Very happy with MSI!

I contacted MSI because there is no target product option on the campaign site. I remember being surprised at the speed of the MSI service when I received a reply to the question email that day and was notified of the correction of the site on the same day. The fastest response I have ever had with any computer company
When I first thought about making my own PC, I was looking at the motherboard on Amazon. There are various motherboards and the one I was interested in was the MSI Z590 Gaming Plus. Buy it for the time being. I assembled it myself. The setting of 5GHz overclocking of CPU 9900K was posted on the MSI site, so I want to try it for the first time. I called 3 times a day with some overclocking problems. Every time I only waited less than a minute and spoke to the same person. This was by far the fastest response I have ever had with any computer company. I have had 15 or so computers over the years (my wife and I have 4 now). I would definitely buy MSI products again.
MSI Support was very prompt and kept me updated on their troubleshooting
When I first received my MSI desktop everything worked great. One day my RGB lights on my tower randomly stopped working. I contacted support as I had only had my machine a couple weeks. Tech support offered many of the solutions I had already found online in the FAQs section but we still went through the steps. MSI Support was very prompt and kept me updated on their troubleshooting. I even went a few days without replying and had to request my ticket stay open. Right when I had given up hope MSI support came in with the right answer. I had thought my machine was defective but I had accidently pressed a button on my tower that needed a 3 second long press to make it work correctly again. The issue was very hard to diagnose but the support team never gave up. They were always extremely courteous and very professional. After working through email and web ticket for this issue I feel extremely confident in both my MSI products as well as their support.
Remarkably easy and fast
A few years back I purchased my first gaming MNT and recently ran into issues with it flickering on the bottom half of the screen and would slowly fade away to working order I went through diagnostics with a representative on the live chat and was able to find out it was a display port issue and got it prepped for repairs the process was remarkably easy and fast I was back to gaming in no time. It was completely hassle free and you don't get help like that from most companies anymore.
Customer service was considerate, thorough, and expeditious
2 days before my laptop warranty was due to expire, my MSI Modern laptop quit working. I contacted MSI customer service through the MSI website, live chat, and engaged in email discussions to resolve my issue. Without incident, they had me send back my laptop and MSI repaired it quickly. Customer service was considerate, thorough, and expeditious. MSI is the first experience I've had with a tech company that exceeded expectations. I now own 2 MSI laptops and ordered an all-in-one this week. Their computers are well designed and efficient!!! My son was the first MSI customer in the family and his recommendation has held true. MSI is worthy of their products!!!

- Participants must own one (1) or more MSI product(s) and have interacted with MSI’s Service Center through web ticket, live chat, or hotline. To enter, Participants are required to submit an authentic and informative customer service review for your MSI product. Submit your review and fill-in required information on the Event page (https://www.msi.com/Landing/msi-care ).
- MSI will share and publicize approved Participants’ name and service reviews on its controlled websites or channels. Accordingly, Participants need to agree to MSI’s license terms set forth below as a precondition to join this Event. SUBMISSION OF THE REQUIRED REVIEW AND FILLING IN THE REQUESTED INFORMATION ON THE EVENT PAGE SHALL BE DEEMED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- MSI will verify the review and have right to approve or deny the submission in its sole discretion. MSI may reach out to Participants through each Participant’s registered email or other registered contact method to confirm contents of the review.
- Participants who have submitted an MSI Care Story may get MSI Reward one-time 100 points. MSI Reward bonus point will automatically register in your account after you submit the form successfully. You MUST be a current registered MSI Reward Program member, or you can elect to join the MSI Reward Program. Your submitted mail address MUST be the same as your reward account. - Early termination and amendments: MSI reserves the right to prematurely terminate the Event in whole or in part without reason at any time or to change its course if it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the Event for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware), legal or other reasons (e.g. prohibition by a government agency or online platform).
1. Event Duration and Enrolment
Participants may enroll in the “MSI Care - Customer Spotlight” campaign. By participating in the Campaign, each entrant (“Participant” or “You”) unconditionally accept(s) and agree(s) to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of MSI, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
We may ask You for information during the Event enrolment and product registration process that may, as applicable, include without limitation Your email, name, product serial number, redemption code, purchase information, and other voluntary information You provide. In addition, we may indirectly gather information from you via cookies or website embedded analytics. The information we collect will be used in the following manner: to run this Event, to verify Your eligibility, to contact You if needed, to ensure prize(s) can be sent to You, to store registered product data for as long as an ongoing relationship exists between us (eg. When You use our services such as warranty, eDM notices, etc.), and to use solely for internal market studies for developing better products and services. Your information will not be shared with third parties, except: i) to third party processors such as our internet service and website providers in order for us to execute this Event; or ii) when reporting or responding to actual or suspected breach of applicable laws to legal and regulatory authorities such as courts or the police to the extent needed.
Because of the international nature of our business, we transfer information within the MSI group, and to third parties as referenced above, in connection with the purpose set forth in these terms and conditions. Therefore, we may transfer information to countries that may have different laws and data protection compliance requirements that those applicable in the country You are located.

- The information You have provided is accurate and true;
- You have the full authority, capacity, power, and right to enroll in this Event, and make the required license grant, representation, and warranties under this Terms and Conditions;
- You have obtained and will maintain all applicable approval, consent, permissions, licenses, and waivers necessary to grant the licenses stated above to MSI and its subsidiaries; and
- You have complied with all applicable laws in enrolling in this Event.

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSI, its affiliates, and successors, assigns, directors, and agents, from and against any and all liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from any claims, investigations, litigation, or other legal or administrative action by third parties arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged breach by You of any representations, warranties, undertakings in this Terms and Conditions

- to determine, on a final and conclusive basis, whether a participant has fulfilled the Event requirements in good faith. For illustrative purpose without limiting any other terms, MSI may disqualify participants: a) if Event enrolment or product registration is incomplete, b) if Event eligibility requirements such as applicable product line or regional restrictions are not met; c) if the provided documents are forged, fraudulent, or void; d) if automated codes, scripts, plugins or other means were used to enter or complete Event enrolment; e) if participant does not have the legal capacity to enroll in this Event, or f) if criminal or illegal acts are committed or allegedly committed to enroll in this Event;
- to replace the prize with items of similar value without prior notice;
- to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice;
- MSI is not liable and assumes no liability to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction, or damage arising from the prize, and uses thereof. Winners shall not make any claims against MSI;
- MSI disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of the winning notification due to mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware, internet, or software errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind. In such eventuality, the winner unconditionally waives his/her right to the prize and any associated compensation.

MSI PRIZE(S) IS/ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, MSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU ON ACCOUNT OF ANY CLAIM (REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY WHETHER BASED UPON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR COST OF REPLACEMENT.
This Terms and Conditions is governed and construed by the laws of Taiwan, regardless of conflict of law principles, and all disputes arising from the Event and these terms shall be adjudicated by the Taipei District Court in Taipei, Taiwan. Any provision invalidated by a competent court shall be stricken, and the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. Failure by MSI to enforce any right under this Terms and Condition shall not be deemed to be a waiver. MSI shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This Terms and Conditions shall not be assigned or otherwise transferred by You to any other third party; all unauthorized assignments are null and void. This Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Event, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, representations, or discussions, oral or otherwise.
