[Troubleshooting] The keyboard RGB backlight doesn't light up or work properly

Solutions:
1. Confirm whether the hardware supports RGB

2. Adjust system settings and brightness levels
Press Fn + Esc to toggle Fn lock, then try adjusting the keyboard backlight brightness or applying lighting settings again.
3. Check possible causes.
Restart the system and press Delete when the MSI logo appears to enter the BIOS. Adjust the keyboard brightness in BIOS and check whether the backlight turns on properly. If the keyboard backlight does not turn on in BIOS, it may be a hardware issue.
4. Adjust the MSI Center User Scenario
When switching to Eco-Silent mode, the keyboard backlight will be turned off to save power. If the backlight turns off after entering the system, try switching user scenarios to confirm whether the issue is resolved.
5. Remove third-party lighting control software
